21:T4da,We were 7 hours from home on a Saturday evening and we needed a tire repaired on our RV to get home. Looked on the internet and saw Ultimate Advantage RV , 24/7 service etc. The website said to either send an email or call to set up an appointment. We chose to send an email which asked for Name, phone number and location. Once that was entered, we ere asked to choose a date and time for service. Once chosen, a message stated we will be in touch with you shortly. Several hours passed and no call. Went back to the internet and called the number on the website. An individual answered the phone and we proceeded to tell him what the issue was. His first question was why are you calling me.? We immediately told him the number we called was from the internet, so maybe he should check his website.
