These gentlemen were so fast and efficient. I needed my rv toilet repaired and general service to be ready for the season. Not only did they work with me on scheduling and had great communication, but took the time to check for any unknown issues and ensure I understood the repairs and functions of my camper. As a woman with a camper, it's peace to the mind to jave trusted professionals that are respectful of my home and honest

We were 7 hours from home on a Saturday evening and we needed a tire repaired on our RV to get home. Looked on the internet and saw Ultimate Advantage RV , 24/7 service etc. The website said to either send an email or call to set up an appointment. We chose to send an email which asked for Name, phone number and location. Once that was entered, we ere asked to choose a date and time for service. Once chosen, a message stated we will be in touch with you shortly. Several hours passed and no call. Went back to the internet and called the number on the website. An individual answered the phone and we proceeded to tell him what the issue was. His first question was why are you calling me.? We immediately told him the number we called was from the internet, so maybe he should check his website. Then he said I am too far away to help and we said that it is not what the website said, so maybe you should check your website again. Then he said, we do not handle tire repairs and then we said again maybe you should look at your website again as the website said nothing about that. No help what so ever. Would not recommend this Company to anyone. The website is misleading and the individual was no help either!!!!!!

I own a small RV dealership and we have used John and Edward multiple times for warranty service and pre delivery inspections. These guys go above and beyond each interaction our dealership has had. They are fast, reliable, and just great people that will always have my business! Thanks guys!

These guys have performed my yearly inspection and multiple repairs for years. Not to mention the emergency service calls for my camper on location when it has been rented. They provide an incredible, quality work product and are very thorough. To top it all off they are great with communication before, during, and after any job they have done for me. Highly recommended!

John and Edward have done an excellent job for me , both are very helpful and knowledgeable , very reasonable with their prices they have done quite a few jobs for me and I would recommend them for any repair without any reservations .
