1e:T5d8,My wife and I decided the take the plunge and buy as popup camper. We know literally nothing about campers or popups. At our first dealership I asked “how do inspect a used camper for issues (like taking a used car to your mechanic for their opinion)?” And was given the recommendation of shamrock RV service. The dealership stated that Ken was a very thorough inspector and they’d used him to look at campers for them. I called Ken and explained my situation and he was extremely understanding a patient with me and my lack of knowledge on the subject matter. Ken walked me through the pros and cons of used vs new and gave me realistic expectations based off his many years of experience. After many contenders we finally found the popup for us and had Ken and Chris inspect it for us. The inspection report and summary was outstanding! Ken and Chris went through the camper with a fine tooth comb and found a few things that needed addressing but gave me peace of mind that I wasn’t going to flush my money down the toilet. I can’t express enough how reassuring it was to talk to a real and decent person who wasn’t trying to hurry me off the phone.
