HIGHLY recommended! Great people answered everything we needed to know plus some. We needed help finding someone to work on our rv furnace that went down during a cold snap of 30 below. We called everyone we could to get help with the furnace mostly we got no response. Our second day of calling around again we called Shamrock not realizing they don't do furnace service. Ken and Chris in that time of our phone call gave us information on where to call and boom someone was out within 2 hours. Ken and Chris rock!!

I can't thank Ken & Chris enough for their inspection. I had entered into a verbal agreement to purchase a used Class C motorhome RV, subject to it being inspected by Shamrock RV Service. After doing the inspection, Ken & Chris found the following: the front overhang had water damage on the inside, and the front was delaminating. The water pump didn't work because it had been cracked at some point. The furnace would light, but not stay lit. The transmission was leaking fluid from under the motor, and a list of other issues that I had no idea about. I was just days away from spending all the money I had been saving on a piece of junk that would have cost me more money in repairs. Thankfully, I walked away. Thanks to Shamrock RV for their eyes and ears and the inspection. I spent $900 with Shamrock, but it saved me from a $45000 bad purchase. I highly recommend Ken & Chris!

I have to thank Ken so much!!! The temperature dropped in Chicago earlier than I expected. I had plans to bring my motorhome in to get it winterized but not until the 20th even though Shamrock did not have any openings for me. Ken was so wonderful to FaceTime with me and talk me through so that I could remove all the water from the rv. It was so wonderful of you.

Owners Ken & Chris were very knowledgeable and friendly while winterizing and cleaning the A/C unit in our RV trailor. I would definitely use them again, highly recommended.

I hired this inspector for a new travel trailer inspection. Pictures of defects taken but not revealed to me. The frame was so rusty and when brought to his attention he appeared to blame me for not accepting rust? Who would buy a new camper with a rusty frame. The unit went back to the factory for many repairs and the frame manufacturer sanded, primed and resealed the entire frame. The unit is going back to the factory again for ongoing repairs. Sad situation. Would definitely not recommend.
