We had a bracket break off of our awning because we left our awning open during a rain storm. Live and learn. I will never happen again. Called several RV techs before finding Jay and to a man they all didn’t want work on Saturday. Jay had to order the part which was going to take a couple days to get here so he came over and helped secure the awning in place so it would be out of our way for the two or three days we were waiting for the part. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are definitely a 10+ and I would recommend highly to anyone considering an RV technician. Thnx Woody

Excellent
Extremely pleased with the promptness, politeness, and expertise of Jay and Lindsay. Not only were our leaks fixed, but Jay took the time to explain the issue, provide options, and help with another lose fitting. As a bonus, his wife who came later with extra parts,(just in case), gave us some great tips on beautiful walks through the Smokies. We couldn't have been more please and highly recommend their service.
