Dont use for generator repair
Couldn’t fix my rv generator. he did try, but did not get it done. Had to take it to cummins shop in Tampa

Greg, I’m sorry you felt you did not receive the 5-star experience my other customers rave about. Your review left out 3 critical elements: 1. I was diagnosing an issue that Cummins had failed to identify originally - 2. I identified the issue as poor spark to 1 plug and was ready to fix that - 3. There was a breakdown in communication. I both texted and left you a voicemail. Receiving no response, I figured you had taken the generator back to Cummins to repair the issue that I identified.

Fantastic 5 stars
Arrived at sanlan RV and golf resort late afternoon. 2 of our 3 slide outs wouldn't work. Contacted Yeti the following morning. Quick response. Managed to get our bed slide out. Ordered 2 controllers replacements and installed in the matter of 2 days!... Vacation save!

Number 1 in my books
My refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Called Yeti in the evening and Phillip made me an appointment the next day, a Saturday! He thoroughly checked it out and found the problem. Explained what was happening. Even did a follow up to ensure it was working.
