John Ricciotti and his wife are full-time Rvers and co-owners of WiseGuys RV Services. Living the full-time RV life allows John to provide RV Technician Services wherever we may be. Being fellow RVers, John understands the importance of having a trusty and reliable person come to you rather than waiting weeks or months for a repair service. Prior to transitioning to becoming an RV Technician, John's career path had him spending 35+ years as both an employee and owner in the Auto Parts Industry as well as in the Building Trades area. These previous career paths gave John the foundation to become a qualified RV Technician. John attended the National RV Training Academy to become a Certified RV Technician.

Dependable Hardworking and Kind
John is great! He replaced the pull cord on our recliner. He worked with the vendor to get the part and replaced the pull cord. The job was quite challenging, but John worked through each challenge and got it working like new. We would recommend John to work on your rig.
