As a full time RV traveler, I want to make sure that everyone enjoys their RV with as little interference as possible. As an NRVTA certified technician, I can help make that happen. The best part is I am only half of the team you can count on to get you back to making memories in no time! My wife Julia is a NRVTA registered technician and is my assistant.

God sent
My problems began over a year ago. When the power source to my refrigerator in my airstream went out couldn’t find anyone to come out when I finally did find someone a bigger nightmare began. When he was done, I not only had no power to my refrigerator, but I had no power to my AC as well and I ran them off my property! Got someone else to come up and look at it. He made no promises because RVs are not wired like homes when he came and looked at it he opted not to touch it and made a few references which led me to know unfortunately. Then one day, my niece said I found somebody their husband and wife. Their names are Julia and JR. They got here that afternoon and based on the questions he was asking me and his initial approach to find answers gave me a sense of confidence because his approach was very common sense even to someone who doesn’t understand electricity! Over eight hours of work two trips my vintage airstream is wired as well as it was on its original voyage. Between the two of them, they are very knowledgeable and so efficient as a team, and they come to your front door, that speaks very loudly right there! The Kind of Service That’s Hard to Find
We recently needed help with a flapping slide awning and contacted JR to see if the tension could be adjusted. He actually answered the phone himself, explained he was tied up at the moment, but said he’d be available later that afternoon to help us out. True to his word, he called when he was free and came right over to our site at the RV park. He took the time to listen to our thoughts on how we would approach the repair, then explained why he preferred a different method and walked us through it. Once he disassembled the awning, he discovered the real issue: the spring had actually come loose because the mounting bolt had broken. He continued working on the other side while I ran into town to pick up a replacement bolt and locking nut. Once I returned, he reattached the spring, reinstalled everything into the awning tube, properly set the tension, and made sure it was all working correctly. The awning now works wonderfully and we honestly could not be happier with JR. Great communication, knowledgeable service, and someone who clearly cares about doing the job right. Highly recommended.
