Good communication, excellent work

Scott completed the work quickly and everything continues to work one month later. I’m pretty sure he solved a problem which lead to failure of two transfer switches. I will call him again if the need arises.

Scott was nice enough to work with. But he showed up alone for a two man job. If I hadn’t been able to help I don’t think he could have installed the new refrigeration unit on the back of my refrigerator. We struggled with it And he got it done. Only problem is he forgot a vital step In the installation. The manufacturer is adamant that the unit be sealed with expandable foam. I’m 72 years old and today I’m trying to move my refrigerator far enough forward so I can seal it myself. Not an easy task. Not something he did intentional but totally unacceptable. Hoping the temperature in my refrigerator will stabilize and not fluctuate! I don’t mind paying But don’t do a half ass job.

I highly recommend Wheel Estate RV, Scott came in and diagnosed my 12v fridge issue, ordered the part and replaced it, he was super fast and professional and our Fridge is once again ICE COLD!!!

My electricity just stopped and Scott got back in touch with me the same night I called. He came to my RV and fixed my electric situation in 15 minutes. He is my hero, as it has been getting very cold at night. Fast, courteous, fair pricing, I will always go back to him for any future RV needs. Thank you so much!!

GREAT INSPECTION We cannot say enough good things about Scott with Wheel Estate RV inspections. We purchased a 2025 Thor Freedom Traveler A29 and just wanted to get a professional inspection to look for any unseen issues. We did a full inspection including all fluids. Scott responded quickly when I reached out to schedule and with all texts and emails regarding the inspection. He is knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to schedule quickly and he arrived when he said he would . He had to travel to Prescott from Flagstaff for us so it was a long day for him and yet he was super nice. He found a few issues that need to be addressed by the dealership. When he finished the inspection he took the time to walk us through and around the RV and point out the issues he found. Within a couple days we had such a detailed report of his findings loaded with pictures and all the information we needed to correct the issues. This was money well spent on piece of mind for us and we would absolutely call him again if we got a new RV. We will be referring him to as many people as we can. This is an inspector that really knows his business !
