West RV repair is a cut above
Recently my trailer AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. We were hosting at a campground way out of the way. They drove to us worked with our manufacturer and the warranty company to insure the AC was replaced promptly and professionally. Just 3 days later when passing through England Arkansas we required another service call and again the showed up and solved my electrical issues. I can't thank and recommend them enough.

Mobile service
I was traveling from Massachusetts, and had a problem with my power source in Virginia. As I was headed to Arkansas with my 46’rig, hauling 3 horses, and 3 dogs, I had no solution. I called 12 places for help. They were so busy, they said to go to Rvhelp and find a technician in the area I was heading toward. I left Theon a message. He called me back, and was so helpful. He went to the location that I was headed to. He even waited for over an hour, as I unfortunately hit a huge traffic jam. He did all this troubleshooting and figured everything out. It was late, and dark but he got me hooked up and running for a temporary solution, and a plan for my next stop in Texas. Please do not hesitate to have this company for help. His son even came to speed things along. So nice, and so professional. And the price for their work was beyond fair. I very highly recommend this great company!
