David was very kind, professional and thorough. He saved me from making a bad purchase when he found water damage and mold from an old leak on a unit I was attempting to purchase from out of state. Highly recommend using David for a pre-purchase inspection or anything else you may need.

We would like to say THANK YOU for the great service. We took your recommendations and it saved us 2200.00. The refrigerator was not as cold as it should have been, and we put in our contract that the fridge was to be tested after 24 hours. It did not cool as it should after the 24 hours. The owner of our coach put a new unit in. With out our inspection we would have not known until the purchase was complete. If you're buying a RV we HIGHLEY recommend David and Patricia and they will give you a complete inspection report so you will know what you're buying.

Very nice couple to deal with. Inspection was very thorough, as far as I could tell. I mean David was down on the ground crawling around under the camper. If he missed something it wasn't for lack of trying. Meanwhile his better half was inside doing her thing. Again very thorough. Very pleased with the entire experience.
