Thank you for considering me to be your RV Inspector. Below is a little about me and my "why". If you have any questions about your rig, or the process, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have been camping since I was kid. It started out as family camping trips in tents and toughing out the rain and progressed to camping with friends, still in a tent, and dealing with the rain. Eventually we got to the point where we had the rack on the hitch to haul all of our "stuff", and I said to my wife, if we bring any more "stuff" we are going to need a trailer, and if we are going to get a trailer, it may as well be a camper. Our first camper was a pop-up, but is was HUGE! It was a Forest River Hi-wall pop-up with a dinette slide out. It had a stove with oven, a buit in microwave and a dorm sized refrigerator. We were well on our way to "Glamping" in style. After 5 years of that, we decided to go ahead and buy our dream rig, it is a Grand Design 2500RL and we absolutely love it. We camp at a lot of state parks, and in 2021 it bacame increasingly to find availible sites. In 2022 we decided to park it on a seasonal site that is just an hour from our house. We use it as often as we can and enjoy the quitness of the weekdays when almost nobody is there. All of these things make me passionate about camping, and I want to help others enjoy it as much as I do. That is where the RV Inspection comes in. Like a home inspection (which I also do, and have for 13 years), we take an in depth look at the RV you are purchasing and put together a comprehensive report so you can make an informed decision, and maybe have some issues taken care of prior to the purchase. I am located in Southeastern Wisconsin and serve a pretty big area because there is not many RV inspectors in the Midwest, but there are some costs associated with the travel time and mileage. Excellent
Lee was exceptional, answered his phone every time I called him. His report was detailed and when I called him to go over everything, he explained it all in depth. Would 100% hire Lee for future RV work.

Vital Inspections Plus in Burlington, WI recently performed both a home inspection and a radon test of a home that we wish to purchase. The home inspector performed a thorough and comprehensive inspection of both the outside and inside of the house identifying several needed repairs and defects in need of correction by the seller before the finalization of the real estate transaction. The home inspector's knowledge of building codes, expertise and years of experience aided us in the purchase of the home. Lee came recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent, and he did not disappoint. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting a short, abrasive phone call when I requested an inspection appointment. Lee was the total opposite, congratulating me and making sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions I had. Meeting him in person for the inspection itself was no different, he again took his time and talked us through everything he was seeing at the home. His report was easy to follow and was received the day after the inspection. Some of the documents we were looking at as a first time home buyer were completely confusing, but his report was thorough and readable by a layman. My fiance and I are very happy we went with Lee for this inspection, and we highly recommend you do too!
