Very happy customer! I called about a problem I was having with my backup camera, an issue with my stove igniter, and I needed to winterize my Travato van. Lynn and Perry are the nicest couple and are very knowledgeable at what they do. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Perry and Lynn were beyond fantastic! My husband reached out to them to see if they could come look at our rv furnace, which would pop a fuse any time we tried to turn it on. Lynn responded quickly to our initial outreach and began to ask questions so they could confirm our problems. Their communication is amazing! We scheduled an appointment with them and there were here right on time on the day of our appointment. They are super friendly and very easy going. Perry immediately got to work to diagnose our issue. He was able to locate our problem and fixed us right up in just over an hour. When they were finished, Lynn explained how they found the problem and what they did to fix it. We are beyond happy with their communication and this job they did to get our furnace up and running. This is an EXTREMELY POSITIVE REVIEW, but it should be due to how AMAZING Perry and Lynn are! **My camper was "THAT CAMPER, THAT JOB!" Their BIG HEADACHE of the season, I am honored to say! Perry and Lynn work together incredibly! They communicate costs and fees without hesitation! NO GREY AREA. They ask each other questions, bounce ideas off each other and literally assist each other through the entire process! Professional? YES! FUNNY, YES! Work ethic, morals and overall FANTASTIC PEOPLE?, YOU KNOW IT! **Now, THE JOB! My camper was a beast to figure out, but they never stopped, never gave up, never stopped thinking about he "what" and "why" and how to "resolve" the issue. After multiple parts replaced (all of which were needed), then another part breaking after the install and needing replaced again, and after determining that the Manufacturer installed a part incorrectly and that this was "literally" what was causing the entire breakage and slide failure issue, Perry asked my permission to fix it as it involved cutting a piece of metal down. He cut the metal, installed the new rail part, motor and control box and voila!, entirely FIXED SLIDE OUT! It took multiple parts and visits, but they never gave up and promised me that they would get it fixed. ****BONUS MATERIAL***IT'S a MUST READ! We were waiting on parts to come in and Lynn and Perry were in a time crunch as they were supposed to be leaving on Sunday August 22nd for camping and a family wedding in TN, ON THEIR WAY to winter over in FL. The parts came in and they were here on the Sat the 21st working on the camper and said that if they couldn't fix it that day, they would cancel their trip to TN, but had to be in FL on October 1st to secure their winter camping space. It worked out that they were able to fix it and still leave on Sunday, but, THEY WOULD HAVE STAYED, that's incredible. ***In the end, they also told me they didn't feel comfortable charging me any additional costs from the first installation of new parts. I was fully prepared to pay them more, but they insisted that the answer was "NO". You can see they are people with strong morals and work ethic and felt that this was the right thing to do. I was never upset about how things were going because you could tell they were trying to get it fixed. They thanked ME constantly for being so understanding and I constantly thanked them for not giving up and for being so great! ***If you are in need of any work on your camper or RV, winterizing or maintenance OR just wanna hang out with a couple of awesome people, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Trusted RV Services (Lynn and Perry)!!!

We have needed their help on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. Their knowledge, skills and friendliness have made every one of our encounters a good experience. They’ve cleaned our Grey& Black tanks, installed an awning and an awning motor, tested and replaced our air conditioner, checked our seals and took care of a few other items. They are honest and personable. I trust them to know what needs to be done and do it right. You won’t be disappointed.
