Mr Bluemer responded quickly to my call to address a couple of warranty issues we had with our trailer. He contacted Alliance, got the ok to proceed, and repaired all of our issues. We are extremely pleased!

Harry was very responsive, professional and thorough with our rv inspection. The final report was very detailed and accompanied with many pictures and videos. Harry kept us updated and was always available if we had questions. He drove over two hours to do an inspection for us. Highly recommend!

Harry provided us with a pre-purchase RV inspection and was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was extremely thorough in both his inspection and report. He also took the time to explain the report to us and was very patient answering all our questions about the items he found. We would definitely work with Harry again!

My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by Harry at Trek Safe RV Services. We contacted Harry when we made a tentative offer on a used RV (a Class A motor home), as we wanted to have a professional and certified expert inspect the RV before closing on the deal. Harry spent a full day going over the RV with a fine-tooth comb and provided us with a detailed report—complete with photos and a description—of everything he found. What I particularly appreciated was his attention to detail and willingness to spend time with me on the phone going over everything and answering all of my many questions. Harry is good both at communicating with the customer but also is technically proficient. He is able to instill confidence in the customer with his expertise and his ability to explain technical jargon in layman’s terms. Ultimately, his detailed inspection and report gave my wife and me confidence in our decision to proceed with the purchase of the RV. Called Trek Safe RV Repair, Leland NC, for what I thought was an Inverter problem on my 2025 East to West Alta 2600 KRB Trailer, because it was giving me an error message relating to the batteries. Talked to Harry Bluemer(Owner), very friendly and he was able to come out the next day. After some thorough diagnostics, my solar panel controller was the prime suspect. Being so new I didn't think that would even be a issue. You never know! It was sending power to the circuit breaker panel even with the batteries disconnected and the battery disconnect switch turned off. This was something that he had never seen before nor any of his colleagues. He suggested replacing the controller, a cheap PWM, with a Victron MPPT. Ordered one from amazon, replaced it, and it worked great. Harry was so nice and allowed me to help him and taught me a few things I didn't know about my TT. One of the few times I enjoyed working on my RV. I highly recommend Trek Safe RV Services.
