Quick and thorough service

I just got my first RV and even with all the reading and video watching I've done to educate myself, I was still nervous to handle a few things for the first time (like stabilizing on a slope)! Keith was extremely kind and thorough in walking me through the different systems, making sure I was stabilized, connected properly, and walked me through my different systems (propane, AC optimizing, etc). I would definitely call on him again for needed help.

I would recommend Trailblazer Mobile RV Services to Anyone in need of RV services as Keith was very knowledgeable, worked very hard and was completely successful in the 2 repairs he did on our 2025 Keystone Avalanche Alpine Edition 338GK. He actually, knowing in advance, what our issues were, did homework, in advance with both the a/c manufacturer as well as the motorized slide out issue we had. He also worked directly with Keystone, and continues to, to determine what caused the issues and how to resolve them as well as how to avoid further issues with these items for other RV owners that may need help in the future. I was very impressed with his dedication and determination to "Get the Job Done correctly" on 1 visit. We were on a strict timeline for our travels and he accommodated our need successful according to that timeline. I would give him 10 stars rather the 5 were they avaliable!!

Highly recommend Trailblazer RV Services. Communication clear and concise, on time, knowledgeable, courteous and work was completed as described and in a timely manner. We are also pleased that they were able to service our 5th wheel on base…a big plus! Thank You!

I would not recommend this company. I was very disappointed with the service or lack of. First of all the owner of trailblazer did not follow the warranty companies instructions which were for him to call in and advise the warranty company of what repairs were needed and to see which repairs were covered. Instead, he performed the work first, not allowing me to make an informed decision, costing me more money Then in the interim, i witnessed him break a part in the waterline by applying too much torque while trying to tighten it. He became upset and cursed after he broke the part, (LOL!) blaming the part, making the excuse that it was old and that's why it broke. He then had to go to the parts store and buy the parts and some supplies charging me for the part and possibly supplies which he needed. When I asked for a copy of the parts receipt, he denied me, saying he doesn't share that info with his customers..🤔 In addition, he does not guarantee his work. When i came home from work the day after, i found the waterline had broke where he made his repair and found the backyard partially flooded losing lots of water. When I contacted him and asked him to return and correct the faulty work he said he was would to have to charge me again to return. So instead I completed the repair myself. Save yourself time, money and stress and choose a trustworthy reputable RV company. Don't end up like this emoji..😭
