In a world where customer service and initiative are rarities, we were so pleased to have found the RV RN. The repairs to our camper were complicated by a manufacturer that didn’t offer the aftermarket parts needed. Steve spent hours chasing a fabricator that could help, gave detailed and accurate specs to the supplier and arranged for shipping from Missouri. He was always on time, his communication was outstanding and the prices were reasonable. He worked onsite, cleaned up after himself, advised us of additional repairs needed and was the epitome of professionalism. Update: we used Steve again when we discovered an electrical service issue in our travel trailer. Once again, his service was outstanding! Thank you for a job well done!

Steve did a great job repairing our floor soft spots. The floor is sturdy and looks great!! He is fair in price and gets the work done in a timely manner. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure. And we highly recommend him. We will call him for any of our RV repairs.

Steve is the kindest rv guy!! I called him about 10 minutes to 5 (when he closes) and thought I knew what I needed. He right away knew that I was incorrect (because I am no where near a professional ) I listened to what he had to say and he honestly fixed the problem over the phone in a few minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process with pure kindness. We truly appreciate him and are so grateful!! If you need RV repair don’t hesitate to call Steve first!!
