Extremely professional, excellent customer service with a skilled and knowledgeable crew. Eric and Jessica went above and beyond with a last minute, late night warranty AC replacement. This ensured an on-schedule departure for me the very next morning, just in time for me to get to a new job. Pre-Purchase Inspection & Electrical Upgrade
I purchased a Fleetwood Southwind. Eric with The Ark Mobile did my pre-purchase inspection. He was extremely detailed and thorough, catching every little issue that needed repair. After purchasing, I hired Eric to upgrade my electrical system from 30amp to 50amp. My RV is now able to run all of my AC’s as well as my appliances at once. I highly recommend Eric with The Ark Mobile RV Repair. I will refer them to everyone I know.

Converter problem
Called on a Monday afternoon and they made time to come out at 8:30pm because the problem was messing with my electric and not turning on my A/C. Eric Identified the problem in less that 15 minutes. Got the part the next day and was good to go! I cannot appreciate Ark Mobile enough!
