Warranty work, came out the next day
Tom called us back right away and made an appointment the next day to meet and look at our 2021 Camper - It was right around the 4th of July, but he made time for us before going out with his family - Very knowledgeable, personable and able to help with the warranty work on our refrigerator. We got to our campsite and found out the fridge was not working and needed replaced. We had the unit within 48 hours and installed on a Saturday when he should have been enjoying his family. I cannot praise him enough for getting everything ordered and installed. I wish everyone was as dependable as he was. Thank you again Tom!

Cracks on the outside
I noticed cracks on the outside of my camper. One repairman told me that it would have to go to a dealership and the slide would need to be put out and fixed. I contacted Tom , he looked at it and said the cracks developed from being not level. I had no idea because my husband took care of that stuff, but since he passed away I didn’t know. Tom leveled the camper and fixed the cracks. He is amazing ,so reliable and very reasonable. I wish I would have found him sooner. Kathy Fink

FANTASTIC!!
Tom called right away after my warranty service contacted him and came out the same day. Was having an electrical issue that my warranty service tech could not figure out. Tom got us fixed up the same day and saved our trip. Highly recommend him if he is in your area. Thanks again Tom!!
