About me, I am a retired Army paratrooper and proud dad to twin girls. I lived full-time in my RV for 3 years and fell in love with all things RV. I appreciate the freedom and sense of adventure that RVing provides whether it's a weekend vacation or full time.

Damaged my electric blinds
I had Eric install and repair several things on my RV. Everything was good until he damaged my electric blinds. I asked him to take a look at 1 of my blinds. When I got back to my RV he had removed all the blinds accept for the passenger side window. All of the brackets that hold the blinds are broken. He also consulted with the manufacturer of the blinds. He didn't know what he was doing when it comes to electric blinds. When I asked him what was he going to do rectify the situation he claimed all of the blinds were damaged. So he's not going to do anything. The blind manufacturer gave me a price range of $2500-$4000 for new blinds. That's what he's going to cost me. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Heater out after 2 months
The RV tech knew about this service and he really was quick. Keystone had fast shipping and took care of it with the tech.

AC REPAIR AND CLEANING
Eric was awesome. Not only did he diagnose a problem that I didn't know I had but took picture to show me and explain the issue and any potential problems. * Problem discovered and fixed was a broken squirrel cage on my rear AC unit.
