Worst mistake we ever made.

We wanted an essential inspection. We paid over $500 and scheduled the inspection. Lance said he asked all customers to mention one thing to specifically look at. We stated the slide. We stated the roof, rot or soft spots. I’ve requested the same from every inspector or seller verbatim. We had briefly (15 min) looked at the RV. We were interested and decided to go forward with a professional inspection before buying. Very long story short, nothing was inspected. We took delivery based on the report that said the slide was ok. It was rotten. Mold every where, when I asked about many BASIC things, the response each time, “I didn’t look.” The excuse, after the fact, was those things were not in his “essential” inspection. Things he did not include were apparently the roof!!, appliances, propane, holding tanks, rot, delamination, soft spots, and more. I’m not exactly sure what he did inspect. Our mistake was not getting his list in writing because common sense did not prevail. We had seen essential inspections from other inspectors and assumed the basics would be covered. However, the report we were given did not show hardly anything wrong. His words were, “Nothing I saw would scare me away.” The rotted slide floor would have been a deal breaker alone, but the specific item we asked for, he didn’t look at because the couch was there, I guess. We filed a claim with his liability insurance only to be told it only covers damage he would have don’t while inspecting. He has no professional liability insurance. The worst part, I chose the seller and inspector because they presented themselves as Christian. I’m deeply saddened by this whole experience. The “Christian” seller lied because he knew the slide was rotten. He put the couch there before we got there.

Lance is always on time and very helpful. I've used him to service and work on my 5th wheel for a few years now. I highly recommend him for any and all RV needs.

Lance is always professional, and very knowledgeable about my camper issues. He is trustworthy enough that I gave him a key to my camper and he fixed it while I was gone.

Lance is very professional but most of all he is trustworthy. You can rest assured that you’re getting quality service from someone who is certified in RV service, not a fly by Joe with no experience or education. He values your time by being on time so you’re not wasting your day waiting around. His prices are very reasonable so you can have confidence in what you’re paying for.

We had multiple problems as a result of a tire blowout late in the afternoon. Lance was kind enough to meet us at the Walmart in Georgetown Kentucky to assess our problems and fix what he could. He worked long after regular hours to troubleshoot. We were so grateful for his help and would not hesitate to use him again if we're in the area and have a problem
