Steve has been an RVer for 14 years and currently a Full-Timer. He & Violet enjoy traveling to find adventures in new areas! In addition to RV Industry specific training & experience, Steve also brings many years of experience in the trades of carpentry, plumbing, electrical & HVAC, also to include expertise in electrical systems, generators, propane & motors/engines. Steve & Violet have a passion for the RV Industry & enjoy sharing their knowledge & using their skills to help repair & educate. You can be assured that Steve will provide good, high quality workmanship & great customer service.

Steve is the nicest!
Steve helped walk my husband and me through some new rv owner “things to know/do.” And then kindly followed up w an rv checklist. Great guy all around as well. He didn’t make us feel stupid, when I was feeling lost. Will use Steve in the future!

Excellent Service and Care
My air conditioner was leaking across my ceiling and down my wall, so I was unable to run it much for fear of mold building up, and/or ruining my AC unit. I contacted Violet at the service office, and on top of being so cordial and kind (we chatted a MINUTE! ; ) she kept checking on me while trying to contact my extended warranty company. I'm 73 and in a Texas summer, no working AC is just totally unacceptable. She arranged for Steve to come out on Saturday, and within an hour he had me up and running with no more leaks. He was kind and explained the process to me as he was fixing the problem ( so let's add patience with an older woman in there, too!) I was able to afford to have it fixed without the warranty use, and at a price that really surprised me! I mean - Texas heat, Saturday, emergency call...all combined would have cost much more with any other service company. Thank you Steve and Violet for taking such good care of me!

AC making loud squealing noise
Our AC was making a squealing noise. Steve came over, looked at it and replaced the part. He was efficient, polite and showed us exactly what was wrong. He gave us advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future. A pleasure to work with him. Highly recommend

Main slideout quit working
Our 2021 Newmar motorhome main slideout would not go out but we could hear a motor running when trying to get the room out. We called Newmar customer service and they gave us the rvhelp.com website where we found Steve Smith's contact information. Steve was able to come within a couple of hours. He was able to troubleshoot our problem with Newmar and was ultimately able to fix the problem. He was professional and honest about the work he did. I would recommend him to everyone.

Outstanding Service
We were visiting Galveston and had a gfci plug that kept going off. This plug controlled the outlets in our kitchen and living room. After trying for a week to find the issue, I contacted Steve's Mobile RV Services. Violet answered the call and set up a same day appointment for Steve to come and address our problem. Steve is very professional and personable . He was very thorough, found the issue and completed the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and Violet. I would definitely use their services in the future!
