Based out of El Paso, TX we service west Texas, including the greater Midland/Odessa, TX area; Alpine, TX and the Big Bend. We also service the Pan Handle of Texas, southern New Mexico including the areas or Socorro, Grants, Lordsburg, and Ruidoso, and areas of east New Mexico along the Pecos River. We offer excellent RV Inspections (much like a home inspection) for those purchasing/selling a new or used RV. I am a NRVIA Certified Inspector and an RVTAA Registered RV Technician. I am also trained in tank hydro jet cleaning and provide yearly/routine equipment maintenance for your RV. I also provide 1-2 RV bootcamps for new RV owners or owners changing from one type of RV to another (such as moving from a 5th wheel to a Class A).

Needed help with flushing a tank
I called William to go out to a site and perform a tank flush. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and gave a thorough description of the services. He also helped by pointing out some issues that were not known about prior to his visit. I would recommend William Massey to anyone looking for RV services.

Clean out of the tanks.
Very professional, came in, gave me education on how to take care of my tanks properly. He kept good communication with me on the appointment. Cleaned out my tank very good, was very careful and didn’t leave a mess at all. I will be using him to maintain my RV and I’ll recommend him to everyone I can. Look no more, let him take care of you. Excellent and thorough inspection
Bill spent about 9 hours going through the Tiffin we were interested in purchasing. He produced an incredibly thorough report with many photos and clear write-ups about the positives and negatives he found. We elected to go through with the purchase as a result. Bill was available to answer questions and had excellent communication with us. A very positive experience and we would use him again if we ever purchase a different rig.

I do highly recommend Bill's inspection services. He went out of his way to work with the RV dealer, who did not make it an easy experience. He communicated with me before and after. As well, he sent me a detailed report on the entire inspection. Even when you are buying from a dealer, it is wise to have an inspection done. Bill goes out of his way to communicate and makes it an easy experience. I will not hesitate to have Bill do another inspection if I decided to buy another RV.

Holding Tank and AC Cleaning
I was extremely pleased with the work Southwest RV performed to clean my gray and black holding tanks as well as my AC. They arrived on-time and were meticulous in their work. Prior to the holding tank cleaning my gray and black sensors weren’t working. I also couldn’t believe how much gunk they were able to remove. They also recommended a product from Unique Camping and Marine to use for both tanks.After they cleaned my AC it has been performing so much more efficiently and keeping my rig much cooler. I highly recommend their services.
