Tucker is a man of integrity. I've been having a hard time with an electrical issue that's been hard to identify but he has been so very patient and helpful, standing behind his work 100%. When his schedule was booked out, he got in contact with me so that he could secure me and my child with another certified technician. I live in my 5th wheel full time and so I feel extremely blessed to have found such a great RV specialist. He really looks out for you and keeps you in mind in desperate times. Thank you Tucker.

Tucker was extremely professional and very informative. We were impressed with his quick response to our call for help early on a Saturday morning. The area was experiencing unprecedented freezing temperatures and our furnace (on a brand new Grand Design 5th wheel) was no longer working. He was at our campground in a very short time and began troubleshooting the problem immediately. While he was working, we asked many questions. He answered all in detail. He then explained the issue that he found and repaired (sail switch needed adjustment). We found him polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and capable. We are buying our very first RV, a 2022 fifth wheel and had been advised the get an independent inspection. There were others who told us it was a waste of money. We decided to do what made the most sense to us and get the inspection. It was worth every penny! Tucker made himself available for texts and phone call questions leading up to our final decision. We had so many! He was kind and patient, guiding us through the process. Then the next day we received a 159 page detailed report, with the outcome of over 350 data points, including photos and videos. We were blown away with the professionalism and thoroughness with which he went about our inspection and at a fair price. Tucker is the standard that all RV techs are measured, in my opinion. Came out and diagnosed a hot water heater system issue down to a bad diode on circuit board. Saved me from buying a new board and got me back on the road. He is also a (I'd never say former) Marine so you know the dependability and work ethic that comes with hiring him. He will always be my first call when in NC.

Tucker Miller is a lifesaver! He responded very quickly to our text requesting help, coming to our campground on a Sunday to help us with an emergency involving our coach awning.
