Fantastic Experience with a remote inspection

My wife and I used Sherlock RV to do a remote inspection prior to us completing a purchase of an RV located 550 miles away. Ron and his wife did an excellent job on the inspection. In addition to our 98 page report (very detailed, tons of pictures), we also go a private walk around video (interior and exterior) that Ron shared with us via YouTube - this was a nice feature that allowed us to feel like we were there for the inspection. Another important positive of our experience was the level of communication - Ron was highly responsive on RVHelp.com and via email, phone, and text. All the documentation was electronic which made it easy to process. After we got the report, Ron spent 90 minutes with us on the phone going thru it in detail so we would understand everything - plus he provide a lot of tips and tricks for us as first time RV buyers! I would definitely use Ron again for this service - you should too!

Can I give 10 stars? What about 100? Ron and his wife were absolutely amazing to work with. They are genuinely great people. The level of detail they gave on our PPI was truly amazing. I had the pleasure to meet them while they were inspecting our new 5th wheel and it was evident they were treating this as if it were their own RV. They found numerous things that I would never have seen. Their research in preparation to the inspection was extremely thorough; they knew more about the RV than I did. The report I received was vary detailed of every little thing that was good and bad. Hundreds of photos and videos. Ron and his wife know what they are doing and know what to look for - Ron has all sorts of equipment that he utilizes to validate the technical side of the RV. Ron was a great communicator getting everything set up, pre inspection chat around any concerns that I might have had, and then post inspection phone call going through the report in detail. I would 10,000% recommend and would not buy a new or used RV without having Sherlock do an inspection.

Ron and his wife taught a great class. Lots of information packed into 4 hours. If you have never owned an RV I think the class is a great way to kick start your adventures. We were able to meet them at an RV resort about 1.5 hours away. By chance our RV sites were side by side. They were even nice enough to loan us a 50 amp EMS since ours had not yet arrived. Great honest folks.
