Disappointing experience.
I cannot recommend this RV repair company because of their dishonesty, lack of communication and absence of integrity to their customers. Mark and his partner Ryan Chase couldn’t fix partially working furnace. Charged money for their service. Furnace died the next day. Ryan Chase lied about replacing furnace’s sail switch part on the day of scheduled repair. He suggested to order a new furnace online and that he wouldn’t charge me installation fee. Failed to send a link to a new furnace purchase and then decided to ignore 2 of my texts and a phone call to him in which I simply asked to provide a link to furnace purchase for my records. His boss Mark could not be reached for an explanation as to why Chase failed to respond. Both men decided they don’t owe me the curtesy of communicating back for the reasons unknown to me. The level of dishonesty is unprecedented. Customers beware!
