We had a problem with our air-conditioning unit while visiting the space coast. These folks came out promptly, fixed the problem and patiently explained what they were doing and why. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Great experience with them. Very punctual and flexible. We had some odd electrical issues with our van, and they were fixed quickly and for a reasonable amount. While working on the problem had some good tips for us as we are new to recreational vehicles. Definitely recommend She said, He said.

We had a leak behind our shower causing, of course, a wet floor. Jennifer came out, knew exactly where to go, took a look at the problem, called me and let me know what was going on. She got all the parts necessary, gave me the options, and took care of us so great!!!! Her rates are extremely reasonable, her knowledge and ability are without fault. Jennifer has been out to help us with our Winnebago Micro Mini on two occasions and both have been great experiences. Jennifer helped me twice within a week. She was able to facilitate removal and replacement of my furnace core; and the removal and replacement of 2 exhaust fans. Very responsive and knowledgeable with RV systems. Her troubleshooting abilities are top notch! Her work was efficient, quick but complete.
