Ghosted, not “completed”
This guy confirmed acceptance of the job and even wanted to discuss a few ideas before coming out. That was the only time I heard from him. I followed up with messages and VM over three days and nothing. Ghosted! And now he claims to have completed the job. What a joke!!

Title
We had problems with the toilet not holding water from the first day we owned it. Several dealer attempts to correct provided no improvement. They sent me to Keystone and this led me to Tom arriving to install a new toilet, which was shipped to my home from Keystone. Tom arrived on time and made the change quickly. I’m very pleased with Keystone for making the arrangements to make this happen and to Tom for his timely response.

Trailer brake issues
The trailer brake connector on the 7-pin was not working, and it was shutting off our trailer dolly and giving brake alarms on our tow vehicle. Tom was able to come the same day we called, and he determined that the issue was in another component shorting out the brake. He saw the bigger picture, and had the right diagnostic and repair tools to address our issue. Tom was professional, easy to talk to, and taught us a few things about our trailer to make us more confident in troubleshooting in the future. We highly recommend ShakTracks, and will call Tom for any future issues!
