Good Advise
Although Jeffrey could not help me with my RV/Toyhauler roof leak as he does not work on roof repairs (as it requires indoor coverage) he took the time to explain allot about what it takes to do it right and referred a company that could make it happen. Most techs would just say thanks for calling or just hang up. It'sgood to know there are still people out there that just want to help a fellow human being...whether they're getting paid or not. Thanks Jeff for being one of those Good Guys! If I ever need a tech in Key Largo you're my man! Best of luck, Capt. Pete

Had to call another technician
New ac incorrectly installed . Jeff tried for 4 hours then blaimed my thermostat wiring in ceiling and left. I called another rv tech and he repaired Jeff's work in less than 1 hr. The tech said it's not the first time repaired Jeff's work. I contacted Jeff to get refunded the cost of the technician, he hung up. I have sent him the receipt. DONT PAY TWICE LIKE ME Jeff's lack of experience and accountability could cost you

A Big joke he is
Never call him !!!! Just to check out AC problem cost $250 didn’t fix problem still didn’t wk .. This started May 15th we were still under warranty he ordered new AC Dometic and separate control board!! Finally 10 days later he arrived 10:30am still here at 5:30pm NO AC he still couldn’t get to work what did we want a AC that worked made him put old one back on … We didn’t want new one that he could not get to work back on!! He threw his hands up left job never returned and took,stole what ever u want to call it!!!our $358 control board Warranty thru Dometic !!! says he left it at our back porch NOPE we were nice ask him to please look in his truck He says no but we live nothing EVER stolen!!! So we had to purchase new control board still have New AC on ground Finally we found a Wonderful company after fighting for a month to get a certified representative that would come to the KEYS the fellow came new in matter of minutes he fixed in 30 minutes and it has worked ever day….. But Jeffrey got pd by us and Dometic $500 and walked off job he cussed the whole time in our living room a little off that’s our review he is reading off the internet and will not fix your problem and take ur items..
