Great job start to finish
Hot water tank repaired and replaced. Brian was responsive, patient and persistent! With several different issues going on with the tank, he was able to ultimately handle a warranty replacement for us. He was readily available for calls and questions throughout the process. He was excellent at assessing the issues and making the initial repairs. He followed up afterward to be sure we were satisfied and stuck with it as one thing lead to another, of no fault of his, until he worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced. He did a lot of work and made it very easy for us. He easily earned five stars in all of the categories.
