We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Jim of SA Mobile. We had a serious issue at short notice (ahead of a major trip) with our automatic transfer switch, and Jim was not only quick on the scene, but an absolute fount of knowledge about essential RV repairs and maintenance. We were fixed up and ready to roll again, with all our electrics working again, and hugely grateful for the service he provided. We get the impression there isn’t a lot he can’t fix, so he would be well worth considering for a wide variety of RV problems. Plus he’s also an experienced RVer himself, so he really KNOWS what RVing is all about.

Jim saved our Disney vacation! When we lost power to our motorhome at three in the morning we were not expecting our motorhome to catch on fire. When we saw the smoke coming out of the motorhome from the storage compartment below our bed, my husband started ripping out the wall to get to the fire and we cut all power to the motorhome. We were very lucky to have noticed the smoke in time. We needed help and Jim came to the rescue. He came right out and found the electrical issue with the transfer switch right away. We are brand new to RVing and this was our first motorhome. It was brand new. When the dealership and the manufacturer gave us issues about the warranty work, Jim called them multiple times and made sure they not only covered the cost of the repairs but also expedited the process for us. When the manufacturer came back telling us they couldn’t get us a new transfer switch for two weeks, meaning we would have to drive 20 hours all the way back home to Massachusetts without the ability to use our generator, Jim saved the day yet again. He found a new transfer switch and overnighted it to us at the Disney campground. While we waited for the transfer switch he was able to bypass our generator to make it safe for us to use shore power in the meantime. He took the time to teach us a wealth of information about our motorhome and how to maintain it as well as tips he’s learned along the way in his full time RVing experiences. What a great guy. He went above and beyond. He not only fixed all the serious issues we had but also taught us newbies a lot about RVing and gave us more confidence in doing RV maintenance ourselves. If we didn’t live twenty hours away, we would have Jim take care of all our motorhome issues. We highly recommend giving Jim a call for any RV related problems, inspections or education.

Wind damage our awning on our RV we contacted SA RV repair and they replied very quickly. Jim came to our location and secured the awning until the new parts could be obtained. When the new parts arrive Jim came out and replaced and repaired the awning I was very please with the service and the work that was preformed. I would recommend the firm for any work needed on an RV.

Jim and Scott service star AC and repaired our room. They showed up on time and they did it in less time than the predicted time frame and boy did they do a beautiful job. Our camper is about 5 to 8 degrees cooler than it was before they started. I will definitely hire them for my next project
