Jeremy and crew simply the best! Friendly, highly skilled, great job, fair price. They took on my 1978 Dodge Camper Van as a project, pretty much a total interior gut and re- do. Replaced ac, heater, stove, flooring, ceiling, and then some. It's not something they typically do, but they did it! Interior is beautiful! Always kept on contact on work progress. Even did a logo on top end of windshield that we didn't expect, added that personal touch. Thanks guys!!

I was in need of a mobile tech due to my location. RVNurse was more than willing to help me out and was extremely accommodating. They answered my endless questions and did go above and beyond to work with a warranty issue. Jamey, Ray and Jeremy come highly recommended for their excellent customer service and willingness to make sure I felt at ease through the entire process. I highly recommend them! Came promptly and figured out the problem did everything he could to help me. We definitely appreciate him here at the Bristol Kingsport KOA. We might get one in a dozen technician that are good to work with. And can trust. He is one. We will definitely keep him on our top list am very pleased with the new air conditioner and how quickly and efficiently they put it in. There is always something with an rv. Not built to live in and people like Ray and his son are in constant need. It’s hard to find responsible trustworthy people to work on campers. We highly recommend RV Nurse here and for anyone who owns a camper. Not easy to work on and a competent technician is a must. Just hard to find September 11 had furnace and refrigerator problems. Thought for sure would have to replace refrigerator. Ray and his helper found an electric issue reran wires and did excellent job. Very happy with the work and the price. But have to say good work is priceless. Vey impressed with how they located the problem and the professional way the work was done.

Loved a lot about this company!! Very friendly, professional, and punctual with appointments. However, need a little work with communication as there was shipping issues that I would have liked to have been I formed of to improve timing of service. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend and use again. So convenient that they come to you!!!

Ray was awesome! He came in, did a walk through and replaced a vent fan for us. Was professional and very personable. I found his pricing reasonable, and he was so flexible when we had to work around a rainy day. Already have plans to use him again.
