Russ was very detailed oriented. His report showed all the good the bad and the ugly and was very thorough and provided me and the dealer with what needed to get fixed or replaced. He also made sure some of my concerns could be looked at.

Russell the owner is a great communicator. He called me within an hour after my first call when I was asking about the inspection process. He took his time and clearly explained the entire process of how he and his partner go through the RV to inspect all systems front to back top to bottom. The final report was written in such a way so that it was easy to understand and easy to read. No stone was left Unturned regarding the inspection process and everything that they went through. We were provided a written report along with a PDF Plus a lengthy phone call explaining what was found during the inspection. We were allowed to ask as many questions as we wanted about the inspection results. We were very happy with how quickly they were able to do the inspection for us and also very happy with the quality of the inspection they did for us!
