Wonderful experience! Our heroes!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! We were visiting Charleston in our new travel trailer and late Saturday night had an issue with our awning that would have prevented us from getting back on the road a week later. I called Mike and Donna early Sunday morning, and they responded very quickly! We discovered that the assembly that had to be ordered would take more than a week to get, but Mike and Donna offered to reaarange their Monday morning appointments to travel to my location and secure my awning for travel, and then when the part arrived a week later they would then travel to our next location a couple of hours away to install it. We felt so lucky they were willing to do this, but it got even better! When they arrived on Monday morning, Mike had found a perfect replacement in his inventory for the individual damaged piece. In no time, they replaced the damaged part, tested the awning function, and gave me great advice and instruction going forward. Reasonably priced, timely, and super friendly. If you need a mobile RV tech, DON'T HESITATE to contact RVIMT!!!

Heat of the day

Michael and his team was great working through a very hot day in full sun. They installed a softstart and generally cleaned up the AC. Scope included replacing single tank Propane system to dual tank propane system. Not straight forward as the clearances were tight. They came fully equipped to tackle the job even supplying power to test the AC.

Mike and Donna are great! I have had Mike work on my RV a few times and was always very satisfied. They have made some long trips to come save us and the price has always been fair and the work outstanding
