About
In the Air Force, I evaluated nuclear weapons crews for proficiency, and learned the value of impartial, systematic evaluation. I believe that making an informed decision on buying or not buying an RV is the best way to have positive memories of RVing. Buying an RV on emotion alone can quickly deteriorate into a bad scenario and regrets. My own experience in over 37 years of RVing has been proof enough to me that having an independent qualified inspection is the best way to get all the knowledge needed before writing the check. I can perform a thorough and systematic inspection of your desired vehicle and give you an honest and objective review of the good and the bad of an RV. My mission to help you make a wise decision, whether the decision is to purchase, or to walk away.

Excellent To Work With
John set our minds at ease from the very first contact. His thorough explanation of what he would inspect on our new RV gave us peace of mind. With everything being done via email to sign agreements, make payments, and read the review, the process is very streamlined. Our report was thorough and helped us get any discrepancies sent through to manufacturer.

Best certified RV inspector I have experienced. Veteran friendly
I have used certified RV inspectors each of the three times we have purchased a unit and John provided the best overall experience, most reasonable price and tailored the inspection to cover exactly what I needed. I am not from the SC area so I asked for quotes/responses from several inspectors in the area. John was quick to respond, not with a standardized cut and paste email (as others did), but with a short sentence, "...thank you for the opportunity, is there a time today that we can chat for about 15 mins to discuss your needs and concerns..." We spoke several times, he understood exactly what I was looking for and performed the inspection according to the plan we discussed. The report, pictures and timelines were all excellent and above the standard I had seen in the past. Not once in the process did I feel like an appointment on a calendar, I felt like John genuinely cared about inspecting our RV to be sure we were getting what we paid for. I highly recommend John for your inspection needs, just tell him what you need. John also appreciates service and offered a veteran discount!

Very thorough and detailed
I recently reached out to John prior to a purchase of a Travel Trailer. He put me on his schedule and within a few days he had completed the inspection and generated a report for me. Since I was out of town, he reached out to me while doing the inspection to let me know of 3 items he uncovered and asked if I'd like him to let the dealer know. That was definitely a help for me. I was also able to use his report to generate a work request to take to the dealer upon my next visit. The dealer even mentioned how thorough he was and that they usually only see that level of inspection detail when someone is inspecting the more expensive units (motorized coaches). They rarely see that level of detail for Travel Trailers. I highly recommend John
