Chad is an amazing inspector. I wanted to purchase a specific model 5th Wheel. I've actually had 2 of the same models inspected, by 2 different inspectors. Chad far exceeded my first experience. He went above and beyond. He checked every little nook and cranny. I received such a detailed report from him within 24 hours. Even the dealership was raving about his work ethic and sweet demeanor.
