Called Rv Tech and Inspect due to Fridge issue that was under warranty with Heartland. They had our fridge back running within a hour. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Pricing was on par with everyone else I called and came out same day to service instead of waiting weeks with anyone else. While here we found some other issues with our Cyclone that I’m looking forward to having them fix for us. Our family will be doing business with this company from here on out.

Our 5th wheel furnace went out Saturday night. We called Patrick at RV Tech & Inspect on Monday morning. Left a message and he called me back and came to our RV in a couple of hours and diagnosed and fixed our furnace in less than two hours. Very professional and this was all done remotely as I live 80+ miles away. His prices are reasonable and he is honest. He's now my goto guy for anything RV. I highly recommend him. Just when we thought good customer service was a thing of the past, RV Tech and Inspect came to the rescue. After evacuating Florida due to Hurricane Milton, we were ready to head back, but the slides on our brand new Class A coach wouldn't close!
