RV Tech 4U are simply Exxxxxxcellent! I contacted them by phone while my wife and I were in Taos NM with a broken black tank handle shaft. They were a couple of hours from us and had work on the go and some upcoming personal plans so driving to our assistance was not reasonable, BUT we discussed the problem and they both took me through a simple, step by step, approach to solving our problem. They were on the phone with me for about 20 minutes explaining what needed to be done to cut through the corrugated plastic, avoiding the wiring, making the replacement to the black tank handle and shaft, the part required and the other tools I needed to put everything back in order. Fantastic. I am not a tech or wrench person by any stretch but they were able to explain in simple terms what to do. If you need work done this husband and wife team, both certified in their profession are the ones to call. More to the point, they heard my problem understood immediately my Fifth Wheel configuration and were so willing to help. Just great people. Gerard and Ann Black

We were having issues with our Oasis hot water system. We had just arrived at Thousand Trails Blue Mesa in Gunnison, CO. I noticed Steve & Melissa's rig with their RVTech4U sign out front and stopped to discuss the situation with them. They stopped by our site the same day and diagnosed the issue as one of the pumps in the Oasis. They provided me with a source for the pump that was considerably cheaper than ordering direct from the manufacturer. This all happened on a Friday. I ordered the pumps and they arrived on Tuesday and Steve & Melissa came over again and installed the new pump. All is good again. Steve & Melissa's labor rate and hours was very fair and ordering the pump myself gives me the warranty. Figuring if one failed, the others could fail sooner rather than later, I went ahead and ordered 3 pumps. I highly recommend RVTech4U for service.

Great people! They did a wonderful job replacing my broken awning support on within 24 hours of contacting them. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on my RV next time I have a problem.

I called RV tech 4 u for help with a door issue. Wow!!! They fixed the door - while teaching me. They then checked my RV for some preventative issues- tightened my electrical connections and taught me more. These two were so knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I so appreciated them. It was such a blessing that they were in the same park as I was. I am sad they are moving along but they said I could call anytime. Old fashioned service with kindness.

If you need your RV serviced, repaired, etc. and you're lucky enough to find these two wonderful, intelligent, informative, and thorough people, STOP looking and let them help you. We were lucky enough to be camping next to then for a few days. They were able to help me repair a tare in our roof fabric the morning we were leaving. It's held up for months and shows no signs of failing. We wish we could use them for all of our RV repair needs (but we travel full time around the country). We've dealt with other RV techs, and RV Tech 4 U is by far the most knowledgeable, friendliest, down to earth. All RV techs could learn a thing or two from them!
