Mark was very easy to work with, his communication and inspection report were excellent. I live in PA and was looking to buy an RV in KY sight unseen. Mark was able to give me the information and peace of mind I needed to make the decision to purchase the RV. His inspection report detailed everything in and outside of the RV with photos and videos. I also now have a baseline of the unit before purchase so I can go back and look at if I have issues in the future. I highly recommend using Mark, well worth the cost of the inspection.

Great experience

So I bought an RV. A 2022 Vanleigh Beacon a few weeks ago while out of town on a golf trip in Alabama. I wouldn't necessarily call it spur of the moment as my wife and I have been looking for about a year now in preparation for retirement. But this is also our first RV. After bringing it back to Cincinnati we discussed hiring a professional to go thru the Beacon to find out if there were any issues. Although it appeared in like new condition there was still a little bit of a question in my mind regarding anything we maybe didn't see that would pop up on our first trip. After searching and reading thru dozens of reviews I ran across Mark. His qualifications and his reviews lead me to giving him a call. From that first conversation it felt like I was talking with an old friend. We found a day that worked for both of us and setup an appointment. Mark drove up from Louisville and arrived promptly at 10am. He went over the exterior first and then went thru every system in the RV. I worked that day, but showed up periodically to check-in with Mark. After his inspection was complete we went over an informal review of the minor issues he found. Later that night Mark sent me a comprehensive report. It included a ToDo section at the top which summarized some minor cracks in the roof edge seals and a cracked rubber seal on the galley slideout. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased we were with Mark's inspection. His thoroughness and knowledge of the RV systems was outstanding. A true professional. Thanks Mark.
