Jim's RV Inspection Services

Jim's love of camping started early - in Montana! Summer months were spent tent camping in the Flathead Valley, fall/winter months were spent at the family hunting "lodge", a late 70's 5th wheel that is still in use today.

Jim has been an NRVIA Certified Inspector since 2021. He completed his 300th inspection in December 2024. He inspects any and all RVs and his Service Area includes Washington and Oregon. 

Inspection types include:

*Pre Purchase. 

*Post-Purchase. Performed 4-6 weeks before the manufacturer's warranty expires.

*Insurance/warranty

*Sell inspections. Inspections for sellers.

Jim also provides the following ancillary services:

*Annual safety inspections. Usually performed at the beginning of camping season.

*Exterior inspections. Seals, sealants and identifying signs of interior water intrusion.

*New-owner education. The service is tailored for each customers, often performed at an RV park or campground. 

*Servicing AC units, furnace, water heater, winterizing/de-winterizing, sanitizing plumbing system
