21:T488,Jeff inspected an RV for us (1998 Born Free) and it was a great experience beginning to end. He was super-communicative up front, and since I live in MN and the RV was in CA, it was quite comforting to feel so secure before I got on the airplane. He showed up exactly on time and was very detail-oriented in his work. He brought numerous scopes and tools to dig into the actual data, so it was far more than a visual inspection. After his work, he spent another hour with me walking through all the highlights and pointing out what he was seeing. He was upfront about a couple of things he thought were absolutely critical and had to be fixed asap for either safety reasons or for keeping the unit from getting damaged. And then he emailed me the report before I even got back to my hotel! Once I read the report I had some follow up questions and he was immediately responsive to my text and we hoped on a call the next day. Overall, he's an experienced and talented professional as well as a highly communicative and helpful person.
