My husband and I are long-time RVers, and recently sought out the services of RV P.I. This company was highly recommended on several RV groups on Facebook, which is where we go for help, advice, etc. The professionalism that we received during the inspection was outstanding, with open communications at the top of the list! We hired RV P.I. to inspect a fifth-wheel RV from out of state. We live in FL and were interested in purchasing the RV in AR. I called and spoke to the owner, Avery. He was very helpful particularly since this is our first adventure in RVing. He explained the process and gave me an estimate. RV P.I. made arrangements with the seller for an inspection the next day. The inspection took 5+ hours to complete. The RV seller had very positive feedback and noted Avery was very thorough. She wasn’t kidding! The next morning I had a 247 page inspection report which was comprehensive, full of pictures and easy to understand. Inspection areas were rated in a nicely visible Red, Yellow, Green for quick reference. Note: I have been an aerospace engineer for over 20 years and I seldom see this level of thoroughness. I called Avery the next day and he walked us through the report, answering all our questions. I then received a nice follow up email from Kelly, the other half of RV P.I. making sure we had everything we needed. The document sharing system they used to get us the inspection report and other documents worked flawlessly. As did the invoicing app. I found Avery and RV P.I. to be an ethical company that values its reputation. I had little doubt after my first conversation with Avery that I had picked good people to do business with. In this day and age it is rare to find a company that does what it promises at a fair price. Our experience with RV P.I. could not been any better. RV P.I. did an amazing job and inspection for us for a 2022 Grand Design trailer that my wife and I were looking to buy. The very detailed report gave my wife and I peace of mind on purchasing the trailer. When we arrived at the trailer, we were not worried about any issues, because the guys did an amazing job with the inspection, and then a phone follow up to let us know how the inspection went. They have answered all of our questions, they are very professional and flexible to work with our schedule and the owners schedule to get the inspection done. I highly recommend them for a RV Inspection because they are very thorough, and document everything with photos and comments so you know exactly the condition of the trailer you are looking to buy.

I was looking to purchase a RV from out of state for one of my businesses. Avery was in the same state as the RV and seemed more comprehensive than the other local inspectors I found online. He was extremely thorough taking 1.5 days to go through the RV. He did the first day of the inspection without me there and connected with me via phone afterwards to let me know about a few minor issues he found (and already told the sellers to fix) and to let me know that it was worth hopping on the plane the next morning. That night, Avery took home all of the maintenance records of the RV to review as part of his inspection. The next day, I arrived early in the morning, met with Avery, and was able to shadow him for the remainder of the inspection. I received a written report that was hundreds of pages long, a handful of videos, and 360 degree photos like realtors use. I've never had anywhere near the depth of detailed information in a home inspection report or any other pre-purchase vehicle inspection. While I was lucky that there were not any major issues with the RV, Avery was able to find several small items that needed correction. The seller was able to correct all of them saving me time, money, and frustration. One other thing, the sellers, who sell RVs for a living, told me that they've never seen an inspector as detailed and meticulous as Avery and that they've met many. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Avery again in the future. He saved me more than his fee!

I was considering the purchase of a Class A Motorhome 5 hours away from my home. RV P.I. performed the inspection of the Motorhome and samples the Diesel Engine and Generator fluids. We had a complete understanding of the unit we purchased. Appreciate the thoroughness and timing of the inspection / report. when I sell the motorhome in the future, I will defiantly use RV P.I. to supply a Presale Inspection as proof of the quality of my unit.
