Great Service
I am very pleased with the detail of the inspection and concern for us (as the buyers) that we received a thorough inspection of the RV we were planning to purchase. The final report was very thorough and allowed me to ensure the dealership corrected items prior to committing on the purchase. The peace of mind gained by having an experienced and certified inspector go through our RV was well worth the cost!

Needed an inspection for an Airstream Interstate Sprinter RV (Class B Mercedes chassis)
Patrick was very professional and flexible as we flew from Texas to New Mexico to make the purchase from a private seller, and Patrick was able to schedule the inspection prior to our departure and gave us a thumbs up on the condition of the vehicle. He was very thorough with some of his findings I was able to renegotiate some concession on price with the seller.

Great inspection
Patrick provided great communication throughout the process. He was easy to work with and the report was well-done and comprehensive. The on-line report system was supposed to consolidate all the issues found to present a report to the dealer, but that e-mail came a few days later, and I had already compiled a list myself & presented to dealer. I couldn't get that report to work when I tried it, but since I didn't need it, I didn't pursue further. No reflection on the inspector. Also, since this was a unique RV with everything operating through the Firefly electronic control system, the inspector relied a little more on the dealer to walk him through some systems. I'm sure with further familiarization & training on the FF system, he will have all the tools needed to be more independent on the next inspection. Even though the manufacturer & dealer say they perform QC checks, he was able to find issues that needed attention. Working with Patrick on this independent inspection greatly reduced our stress of purchasing a costly RV. Definitely recommend!
