Called three different RV repairs on January 3rd. They were still on Holi daze. Left a message with Andrea. She called back within 5 minutes. We are at the Camp Murray RV Park. Met Tim at the gate to sponsor him at the military base. He arrived promptly on time. Was very pleasant and professional. Fixed my RV gas heater fast an efficiently. VERY pleased with the service. Heater works best it ever has. Will be using them to fix my awning in the coming days. If you want it done fast and right, I recommend give them a call.

These guys are top notch. If it wasn't for Tim being able to fix our tankless water heater, we would've had to spend over $1000 to replace it. Andrea is incredibly polite and respectful to speak to over the phone and made sure to update us on the status of our repairs. Big thanks to these two for all the help and services they provided as well as their dedication.

From my first encounter with Andrea and scheduling, to having Tim work on my furnace I am totally impressed. I have used probably every mobile RV Tech in Pierce and Thurston county and boy are there some bad ones, but not RV Hydronic. I was called back in a speedy time, scheduled within a day or two, communication between myself and office in regards to when Tech would be here was perfection. Showed up on time, and very knowledgeable. Like I said I've seen a lot of fly by night techs, but Tim was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He came out to fix an issue with my furnace I've had others try to fix, and got me up and running. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them for all my future maintenance. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am to finally find a mobile RV tech I can trust. I am full-time stationary and have to rely on someone and they are now my go too. Thank you Andrea and Tim

Tim and his wife Andrea were very pleasant to work with. They were both very kind and caring about our problem. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us fixed and ready to head out for our next trip. We will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a repair service.

Tim and Andrea are excellent. I used them on a referral from a buddy, and I will refer them to everyone I know. Excellent communication, reminder day before and when he was on his way. Very knowledgeable in his trade, was able to diagnose the problem with my Aqua hot quickly and had competitively priced parts ON the truck to get me back up and running immediately with no return visit required. As a small business owner myself, I love finding companies like this that just do things the way they should be done. Thanks for the great work!
