LIFE SAVER!
Harvey came over to my 2020 travel trailer to diagnose my AC unit that I suspected was freezing up- not only did he come over within 15 minutes, but he fixed my AC even faster! Proving he’s educated and efficient, he got right to the problem and explained every step and function to me. On top of all of this, he was so kind to fix a thermostat issue in my fridge while he was here! I couldn’t thank him enough for coming by on such short notice and saving me from towing my camper to an outside garage for AC diagnosis.

Skilled, Responsive Tech !
At 1:30 in the morning our power went out - no lights, and more importantly - no heat. We checked all the basics - breakers, GFCI, etc with no luck. We found RV Harvey and called him at 8 in the morning and explained the problem. He was at our campsite within an hour, diagnosed the problem (melted wiring and a burned out transfer switch). He located the part, picked it up and had us up and running quickly. He was the perfect person for the job as he is not only an excellent RV tech - he is also a journeyman electrician. Harvey was efficient, skilled, professional, responsive and friendly. His bill was less than we expected (very reasonable). He travels around the country, so when he's in your area he's definitely the person to call. Very highly recommend.

Roof Top AC/Heat Pump Repair
I went onto RVHelp and found RV Harvey near me. I thought my A/C had exploded, it sound so loud and bad! Harvey came out and diagnosed the unit and determined the problem to be the failure of the starting capacitor. He ordered the parts (shipped to no-man's land along the panhandle of Florida) and had my A/C up and running in a few days! I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new unit, so quite a savings. Harvey was very professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with! He will be my "go to" person for any future repairs (if we are near each other). People like Harvey are HARD to find these days!! I ran my own business for 50 years, so I know how things have degraded......

Prompt, Professional and Personable
While camping in Florida during a rainstorm, we were dismayed to find water trickling into our unit's kitchen. Harvey was prompt, courteous and professional. He reviewed our unit and was able to quickly pinpoint the source of our problem. He provided a reasonable estimate for the service; in addition, he had the correct tools and supplies on-hand to make an immediate repair. We were really impressed with his skillset and his completing the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
