Steven Guard

The out of state couple interested in our RV paid for Steven to inspect our Class C on Beale AFB. I am a retired defense engineer and have tested many systems and subsystems. The level of detail of this inspection surprised me. During six hours of inspection the truck engine, drivetrain, and tires were tested. The coach electric, plumbing, cooling, heating, cooking, sleeping, internal and external storage, beds, safety equipment, roof, floor, windows, awning, slide, slide topper and items were tested. He used meters, gauges, and observation rated against specific metrics to evaluate everything. If you consider travel time, patiently waiting for a Visitor Pass, and the hours he worked and the ultimate report the payer received it’s good assurance.

Highly recommend

This was our first venture into trailers and Steven inspected an Airstream Trade Wind for us. He is thorough, is quick with responses and updates, and is a delight to speak with. Steven was generous with his time and knowledge and thanks to him, we decided to go forward with the purchase with confidence!

Very communicative and fast to schedule appointments. He spent over 6 hours at the dealership. His report was very thorough and I feel more confident in moving forward with my purchase. Despite it being a new camper, there were issues he caught. Instead of driving off the lot with a new camper with problems, the dealer will fix immediately. I also am glad to have images of the entire camper that are in the report, so I can reference back over time to assess changes or look for problems myself.

Thrilled I went with Steve and his team for my RV inspection! It was my first RV purchase and I felt good making it knowing that Steve had gone through every nook and cranny. The report was extensive and the RV Dealer used it to do a lot of repairs prior to purchase that I would have otherwise missed. He also made sure to call me after to answer any questions and help me prioritize this action items. Team was quick and easy to communicate with. I wouldn't buy an RV without using him again, highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with his very thorough inspection. He found life saving issues as well as cosmetic issues. Overall, my experience with Steve was pleasant. He provides A1 service, I highly recommend his company.
