Wayne Kosters

Great help transitioning to ScribeWare inspection software

Wayne was kind enough to spend time walking me through ScribeWare while I was transitioning my inspection reporting from the previous HomeGauge system. For anyone unfamiliar, ScribeWare is a modern inspection reporting platform used by many professional inspectors to create detailed digital inspection reports. Wayne patiently showed me how the software works, how reports are structured, and shared several tips that made the transition much easier. Seeing how efficient and streamlined the platform is definitely made me a convert from HomeGauge. He was very patient, professional, and generous with his time. I really appreciated him taking the time to help another inspector get comfortable with the software.

Wayne is extremely thorough and detailed. His report was impressive and easy to follow. Well worth the money

We chose this inspector because of the impressive reviews. We needed an inspection done in MN on a Class A that we were considering for long-distance purchase. I can attest that the inspector's report is professional & generally thorough. Communication before & after the inspection was excellent. We had some concerns in that a few things were not inspected, but none of this was the inspector's fault; the RV had broken components that prevented the full process. The inspector went out of his way to honestly mitigate the situation. We would use them again.

He is great!

Had contacted him for his advice. He was very honest in relating that this unit would not fit my needs. I am very grateful that he shot me straight. He is knowledge is very good.

In my life, I have written maybe 3 reviews. But when exceptional credit is due, I believe it should be given. My husband & I are in the search of a Class A motorhome. He is in a wheelchair and we have very specific needs to be able to accomodate them. By chance, I found the one I thought to fit our needs however it was halfway across the country in MN. I did my research for an Inspector and found Wayne Kosters, owner of RV Doctor. Myself, being completely unknoweldgeable, had many questions. Wayne took the time to explain the process . After many phone calls and emails I hired him to go to Camping World in Monticello MN and do a thorough inspection. I assumed from my conversations with the salesman that as he said, the unit was in great shape and ready to hit the road. When Wayne arrived, all the pre-recs that were supposed tobe ready for him were not. Wayne proceeded to inspect and after a couple of hours called me and described 2 dozen reasons why we should not touch this with a ten-foot pole. He said he would complete the 8 hr inspection if I wanted but after hearing what I did, I told him there was no need for that. We were so disappointed. Later that afternoon I received an email from Wayne stating that he would partially refund our fee since the whole inspection wasn't completed. That blew us away. True professionalism and honesty that you never find anymore. His patience with all my questions, quick reply on a holiday weekend were more that we had inspected. We felt like he was truly looking out for our best interests and saved us huge headaches with a lemon. We highly recommend his wealth of knowledge and honesty to anyone looking for a Coach in the Minneapolis-St Paul area. And..... Stay away from the shyster, lying con artists at Camping World!
