We contacted Mr. Mendez via the rvhelp.com messaging platform. Within the hour, he contacted us by phone. Our automatic awning had collapsed during a torrential rain storm and was damaged beyond repair. We explained that we needed help removing it quickly as we only had 2 days before leaving the campground and heading home. Mr. Mendez was very kind and scheduled us for an onsite visit immediately. In less than 24 hours, he arrived at the campground, removed the damaged awning arms, the roller, wiring, and the awning material. He was knowledgeable, very polite, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this business.

Toilet replacement and shower pressure
The new toilet is fantastic! No odor at all! I took my first shower since I bought the RV. I basically live in it most of the time. Life is better and I couldn’t be more pleased.
