I wholeheartedly recommend John Glass of RV Clarity for any RV inspection or repair needs. John helped me with some issues I've been having with my travel trailer this week. John's expertise in RV systems is immediately evident. He conducted work on my RV's roof/seals and plumbing and performed an inspection that was incredibly thorough. He identified critical issues—particularly areas allowing water intrusion—that I likely would have missed. Catching these problems saved me from potentially significant future damage and expense. I first encountered John in late June, 2025 when we had settled upon a motorhome that we were considering purchasing to do our pre-purchase inspection. His communication, was prompt and concise through the entire process. He gave me very clear expectations of what he needed in order to do the best inspection possible. On the day of inspection, he kept in touch upon his arrival, during the inspection, and on his way home, he called and walked me through his initial thoughts and findings. He followed that up with a very detailed report, filled with pictures and videos. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and thorough communication. About five weeks later, while we were wrapping up our shakedown trip, we encountered a couple issues with our leveling system and main slide (mainly user error and lack of knowledge). I reached back out to John, knowing I was in his local territory, and asked if he would be available for an education session, as well as be on hand to correct any problems. He quickly confirmed an appt. and the day of was again, prompt and very thorough. He got me up to speed, showed me some tips and tricks, and made suggestions as to how to avoid a similar situation in the future. I have no hesitancy in leaning an great review for RV Clarity! They have come through for me with flying colors on both occasions. He is of the highest ethical standards, and made me feel very much at ease being a newbie Class A owner. My only negative, was when he shared with me that they were soon planning a move from middle TN, to Texas! But at least I know who I will call if I am in that area! John went above and beyond to help us with our Sprinter's AC problem. He was very knowledgeable, patient, overly helpful, and above all super friendly. He took delivery of a part that was over night shipped and traveled to our RV to do the repairs. We appreciate what John did for us, as we were in bit of a bind, and a time crunch. We highly recommend using him for any of your mobile RV needs. 5 star service and 5 star guy!

We had him do an RV Inspection, some teachings about the RV, and a tank flush, all of which he walked us through, step-by-step, showing us in detail how things operate and minor troubleshooting should we run into any issues. ON TOP OF THAT, we have reached out with questions and minor concerns and he answered them all, in detail and without any fuss or complaints.
