Bunkhouse Slide Motor Replacement
Josh help us with a bunkhouse slide issue and replaced the motor. He was super helpful and patient as he navigated tricky areas to access it. We greatly appreciated his help. Definitely would use Rugged Red RV again!

Excellent service

Solar install 2025 Brinkley Z3100
We were looking for a modest introductory solar installation and we could not be happier with the installation of the additional 1000W of solar bringing our total to 1740W and additional 460ah battery to total 920ah of lithium. The added Victron components now allows us to boondock and overnight during our travels without worrying about power. Josh and Amber are the best and very knowledgeable and meticulously in their work. They are highly communicative and flexible in scheduling. We highly recommend their services.

Solar install on a 2024 Brinkley Z3610
We met Josh and Amber at Talona Ridge during a rally. They took all the time we need to chat with them that weekend and from there kept communicating with us on what we were looking to do with the solar. We still don’t really know what we’re doing or where we are going, that’s all part of the adventure. They recommended to start somewhere in the middle since we want to do some boondocking, and add more if we decide to later on. From there they put together several packages together that we could pick from based on what our budget allowed. The communication was super from the beginning to the end and even now after the fact. Josh and Amber are very knowledgeable, professional and truly listening to you. It was pure joy having them do our install and answer our questions. We knew very little about solar systems in RVs.

Solar Install on Brinkley G4100 🎉
This is way past due and I can't express my gratitude for the professional job Josh and Amber did handling our solar install. My wife and I have been camping quite some time and have been fortunate enough to upgrade to the G4100. The purpose for this rig was to allow us to spend time exploring North America and being unplugged as much as possible. To make that happen, we needed to install what we consider to be a very robust solar system. We bumped into Josh at Brinkley's 002 and started learning more about him, Amber, and Rugged Red. After seeing more of their work and speaking with them, we were more than confident in a decision to have them do the install. Once we got the details worked out, which they were extremely helpful with and gave great suggestions, we set the date and they made it happen. During the installation, I visited several times to check the progress and talk with them, and each time I was blown away. Their attention to detail, the willingness to explain when I had questions, and their craftsmanship and tools used proved that we had made an excellent decision. To say they helped bring our project to life is an understatement. Really wish it would allow pictures to be part of the review to show their work!!
