I'm a US Army retired Staff Sargent and retired Law Enforcement Officer. I provide an honest service with integrity and professionalism. Certified and insured. I am an experienced RV traveler and graduate of the Advanced RV Technician and Inspector Program at the National RV Training Academy in Athens, Texas. Each Technician call charges an on-site service fee. This pays for the convenience of you not having to take time out of your busy schedule to get your RV to the dealer. We then charge an hourly rate that will include troubleshooting, and then repair. If you choose not to make the suggested repairs, you are still responsible for the on-site service charge and the hourly rate needed for troubleshooting.
We service all major brands and components, we correct problems with your RV, such as: Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Sealants to keep water out, 12V DC and 120V AC electrical issues, Water Heaters, Furnaces, and more.
Don’t yet have an RV yet? If you are considering purchasing an RV, we offer inspections of life safety items, appliance operation, exterior sealant condition and much more to compile a written report with many photos. You can add fluid analysis for engine oil, coolant, generator oil, transmission fluid, and hydraulic fluid. After your purchase, we can spend time doing a custom walk-thru to explain how your new RV works. Inspection fees are rated by service packages available according to your needs. I don't write a ton of reviews as I should, but here it goes. Ray came out to our home quickly and offered solutions to our problems. Caused mostly by camping world, cause they suck. Ray however is the opposite, a true Professional. I would happily recommend him to family and friends.

I recently had Ray come out to replace my AC unit and I couldn't be happier with the results. Ray was reliable, helpful, and most importantly, honest throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. My RV A/C was blowing hot air. I called Ray at R&S RV Solutions. What a God sent. Prior to Ray I tried calling where I purchased it from which is 300 miles away thinking they surely would have someone in my area. WRONG. I spent 2 months going in circles with them giving me advice and going nowhere. Calling Ray was the best thing I could have ever done. He was here in a day, correct diagnosis the first time and I believe his prices were very reasonable. He could not have been nicer, very polite, professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, etc……etc….etc…. I would recommend him 100%. If you need RV a/c work done right.

Ray did a wonderful job installing our new batteries and converter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ray is absolutely amazing! He was very quick to respond to our AC being out of service. He came out same day, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and then came back promptly to get our AC up and running again. R&S Solutions is the only company I would recommend using. On top of being prompt, Ray is very nice and willing to teach. I could not be happier with his service!
